We enable companies to generate affordable, consistent, and gorgeous professional headshots, regardless of where their team members live.

Traditional corporate headshots run $150 to $300 per person, plus studio hire, travel and everyone's afternoon.
With The Multiverse AI, corporate headshots cost $35.99 per person, dropping to $21.59 for larger teams. Each person gets 100+ business headshots and 20 custom edits — not one image you're stuck with. A 50-person company usually spends under $1,100, against roughly $10,000 for a photographer. You can buy more seats later at any time, so if 45 of your 50 people are ready, start with 45.
No. That's rather the point.
Booking a corporate headshot photographer means finding one locally, agreeing a date everyone can make, hiring space, and getting your whole team to the same place. If your team is remote or spread across cities, it often isn't possible at all.
Our AI corporate headshots need nothing but a few selfies from each person's phone. No studio, no travel, no scheduling — and no geography.
Everyone is processed in parallel, so a company of 50 takes about as long as a team of one — nobody queues behind a colleague.
Once someone uploads their selfies, their headshots are typically ready in 10 to 15 minutes, and always within 30. The limiting factor is how quickly your team gets round to uploading, not our processing. Most companies finish the same day they start.
Admins send email invites from the dashboard. Each member clicks their link, uploads their own photos, and generation starts automatically — admins never chase files. You can track every member's stage (invited, uploaded, training, ready) in real time.
Solid mid-tone colours photograph best — navy, charcoal, forest green, burgundy. Avoid busy patterns, thin stripes and pure white, which all struggle at small sizes on a website. A blazer over a plain top reads right in almost any industry; a full suit can look stiff outside finance and law.
Agree one dress code across the team before anyone uploads — that's what makes a Meet the Team page look coordinated rather than assembled.
You also don't need to think about posing. Everyone just uploads normal selfies, and if someone's outfit turns out wrong you can change it afterwards by typing what you want instead.
Studio Grey, Indoor Office, Outdoor Park and Black and White, in Formal or Casual styling. Admins can lock the whole company to one set so every gallery matches.
Beyond those, our Custom flow handles brand-specific requests — a particular colour, a specific setting, or something matched to your existing website design.
Yes — there are real before-and-after examples throughout this page, showing each person's original selfie beside their finished headshot. Everyone pictured consented to their images being shown.
Yes, and it's the main reason companies use us. Everyone can be generated in the same style, background and lighting, so your About Us or Meet the Team page reads as one coordinated shoot — even if your team spans five time zones and never met a photographer.
At least 10% of each person's images will be genuinely excellent, and usually far more, depending on the selfies they upload. That's why we generate 100+ per person rather than a handful — it guarantees everyone a strong set to choose from rather than hoping one shot lands.
Visually, our headshots are built to match a professional studio session, and most people can't tell the difference. We're also upfront about how they're made: we don't pass our headshots off as camera photography, and we support the industry move toward clear labelling of AI-generated images. Your team's photos should look professional, and anyone who wants to check how they were made should be able to.
They're a faithful representation of each person — their actual face, their actual features. We're not creating someone different, we're photographing the real person without a studio.
They're used solely to create each person's headshots. We train a private model per person that is never public and is never used for anyone else. We never use your team's photos to train general-purpose AI models.
Photos, trained models and generated headshots are automatically deleted 90 days after generation. Members and admins get a warning email beforehand and can extend with one click, or request immediate deletion at any time.
Admins can revoke a pending invite or reassign a license to another teammate. The generated headshots remain accessible to the org admins so nothing is lost.
For 10 or more people, email info@themultiverse.ai and we'll invoice your company directly.
And yes — each person confirms the photos are their own and consents to us processing their facial images at the point they upload. You can't accept on their behalf, and we wouldn't want you to. It's their face.
