Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

The Multiverse AI provides AI-generated headshot and image generation tools. You upload input photos, and we use machine learning models to produce new images based on your input and prompts. Output quality may vary, and the Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Your Content

3.1 Your Input Photos

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process those photos solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to train a personal model and generate outputs). We will not use your input photos to train shared or general-purpose models.

3.2 Generated Images

You own the images generated for you through the Service and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law. You are responsible for how you use them.

3.3 Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Upload photos of any person without their explicit consent.
• Upload images of minors.
• Use the Service to create misleading, defamatory, sexually explicit, harassing, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Attempt to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code.

4. Payments & Credits

Certain features are paid and may be priced as one-time purchases or credit packs. All prices are shown at checkout. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the underlying compute (training or generation) has begun.

5. Acceptable Use

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties. For serious violations, we may also report activity to law enforcement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the website, software, models, and branding, is owned by The Omniverse LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, lifelike, or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Omniverse LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of The Omniverse LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
